With the new password service, users can electronically change their forgotten/expired passwords. To ensure maximum security, the use of the service is subject to several conditions: the user's personal data and identifiers must be recorded in Neptun, and they will be requested during the password creation process to verify identity.
The service can be used by users who have the following data recorded in the Neptun system:
- date of birth
- place of birth
- e-mail address
- Neptun code
All of the above data is required to use the interface.
With the successful password change on this interface, you change the password required for login in the following accounts: Neptun system, CooSpace, Microsoft o365 applications, classroom login.
